Progress Pacific was founded in July of 1997 and has been operating in Australia ever since. The company evolved from overseas operations acting on behalf of SAP AG since 1994.

This encompassed customer service management, contract management, customer relations and project management as well as standard and customer specific training on those projects.
Management Team

Carl Frauenstein : Director
The founder of  Progress Pacific, Carl has been a director of the company since its inception in 1996. Carl was the managing director until 2001 and now continues to act as director with key responsibilities of strategy, corporate development and administration.

Robin Apfel: Director
Robin joined the company in 1998 and was appointed as director in 2001. Robin heads the sales team and his focus is to expand and grow the company by developing the internal team and enhancing the company's service offering.
